CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) – IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

During this uncertain time, we want to assure you that Fresno Surgical Hospital’s focus continues to be on the health and safety of our patients, employees and community members.

We are closely monitoring the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on the communities we serve. FSH is following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other local health organizations to do our part to help mitigate the spread of the virus.

Daily, we review the newly-available information and adapt pertinent procedures to minimize the risk of exposure and the spread of COVID-19. We will continue to deploy appropriate procedures and precautions to help ensure the continuity of FSH’s operations and to provide for the safest environment possible for everyone.

As a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of patients and our staff, we are implementing new screening processes and visitor procedures:

  • If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, such as fever, chills, body aches, cough or runny nose, please call to reschedule your appointment.
  • For the safety of our patients, staff and physicians, Fresno Surgical Hospital will not allow visitors at this time. Please note, this restriction includes that no one is allowed in our main waiting area.
  • We will provide a mask for the patient to wear once they are inside the building.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding while we do our part to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

Since our founding, FSH’s mission has been to provide high-quality, safe care and an optimal patient experience. During this unprecedented time, our dedicated team has been working hard to ensure we continue to fulfill that mission.

We are committed to providing ongoing communication and will continuously monitor and evaluate additional COVID-19 developments as they evolve. Please call FSH at 559.431.8000 if you have any questions or need to reschedule your procedure.
