Fresno Surgical Hospital (FSH) announced today it has named Crystal Teague as Chief Nursing Officer.
In this position,Teague will be responsible for the day to day management of the FSH nursing department. She will also serve as a member of the executive team to help guide hospital policies and procedures that ensure quality care, and patient safety and satisfaction.

Teague joined FSH as a Registered Nurse (RN) in 2007. While at FSH, she has also served as Manager/Supervisor of Inpatient Services and Clinical Risk Manager/Regulatory Compliance RN. In addition, Teague is a RN Instructor at San Joaquin Valley College in Visalia, Calif.

Prior to joining FSH, Teague worked as a Registered Nurse at other hospitals in California. She earned an Associate in Science, Registered Nursing degree from Fresno City College and a Bachelor of Science, Nursing degree from California State University, Fresno. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in the nursing program at California State University, Fresno.
