George Bertolucci, M.D. is Board Certified, specializing in diseases of the retina and vitreous. He received his medical degree from Creighton University, and he completed a residency in Ophthalmology at the University of California San Francisco, Fresno. He then completed a comprehensive retina fellowship at the Retina-Vitreous Associates Medical Group, Los Angeles. He is an investigator in many national trials for the treatment of age related macular degeneration. Dr. Bertolucci joined the Eye Medical Center in 1991. He is a native of Fresno and son of Dr. Frank Bertolucci who was also an Eye Medical Center physician for many years and is fondly remembered by his patients.
