Three Industry Veterans Join Award-Winning Hospital
Fresno, CA (January 19, 2016) – Fresno Surgical Hospital (FSH), an award-winning physician-owned hospital, today announced the addition of three industry veterans to its leadership team. Julie Gresham, RN, BSN, is Chief Quality Officer; Elena Crites, SPHR, is Chief Human Resources Officer; and Brian Correa is Director of Ancillary Services. Each of these professionals have many years of experience in their respective fields.
In her role as Chief Quality Officer, Gresham will oversee FSH’s patient safety, and regulatory and corporate compliance initiatives. Throughout her career, Gresham has served in various healthcare compliance/quality positions.
As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Crites is responsible for staff recruitment, employee benefits and relations, as well as training and development. Previously, Crites was the Human Resources Manager for Forward Advantage, Inc.
Correa will provide direction, support and the coordination of six FSH ancillary services departments; Laboratory, Dietary, Scheduling, Radiology, Admissions, and Pre-Admissions. Prior to being named FSH’s Director of Ancillary Services, he served as Manager, Business Surgical Services at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center.
